HOW IT WORKS
The simple steps to hiring your props
STEP 1
After contacting us with your request, our team will get back to you to confirm dates,
stock and details of your event
We’ll include a quote for the full cost, including delivery
STEP 2
Once you’re happy with your order a 35% non-refundable deposit will be
taken as confirmation your booking.
STEP 3
4 week before your event we’ll be in touch to ensure all details provided are up to date
and confirm arrangements for setup on the day
At this point the remaining payment will need to be made and £100 refundable
damage deposit
STEP 4
Delivery and Setup of items by the Harmont team.
After the event we will collect the items and run a check before returning your deposit to you

DELIVERY
Delivery is free within a 1 hour radius of our base in Ripon. If you fall outside of the 1 hour radius we can still deliver your item but there will be a supplementary charge to cover our costs, this will be indicated on your quote
