1.   Dry Hire only

 

2.   Please ensure the intended location for the cart has a ceiling height of 2.4m or more

 

3.   Client template and terms to be agreed before hire
 

4.   35% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the point of booking

 

5.   30 days’ notice required for any cancellations

 

6.   Delivery is free within 1 hour radius of our base in Ripon. If your event falls outside of

the 1 hour radius, there will be a supplementary charge to cover our costs, this will be included in your quote

7.   £100 refundable damage deposit will be required 30 days prior to the event
 

8.   If damage to the cart exceeds the £100 damage deposit you will be charged the
remaining cost to repair the hire item
 

9.   The full balance and damage deposit are required 30 days before the event. Harmont
reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not paid in full within these terms
 

10. Harmont takes no responsibility in the event of any injury to any party through
breakages of any equipment or any other accident during the hire period. We take no
responsibility for any claims that arise from any event concerning or involving items
hired from Harmont
